Firm wins Human Rights Commission dismissal

July 2019 - The Illinois Human Rights Commission confirmed an Administrative Law Judge’s previously issued Recommended Order granting the firm’s Motion To Dismiss all claims against the firm’s client, a national food retailer. The claims included charges of discrimination, harassment and retaliation, and all were dismissed in their entirety. Marty Doyle handled the case for the firm.
