KSR Defeats Employment-Based Claims

April 2025 – KSR successfully represented three financial services professionals against employment-based claims in a Richmond, Virginia arbitration. In a rare move, KSR was able to obtain a directed verdict in favor of two of its three clients after the claimant rested its case. After the arbitration was complete, the arbitration panel ruled in favor of KSR’s third client and assessed all arbitration costs against the claimant.  Jim Kopecky handled the case for the firm.
