Daryl Schumacher Retained as Liquidating Trustee of Hedge Fund

March 2025 – A hedge fund in the wind down stage of its life cycle retained Daryl Schumacher as a trustee to oversee the liquidation of the fund. As trustee, Daryl will serve as the fund’s general partner and will oversee the liquidation of the fund’s remaining positions, the payment of professionals providing services to the fund, and the distribution of the fund’s assets to the fund’s partners.
