KSR Recovers Multi-Million Dollar Overseas Futures Trading Debit

November 19, 2024 – KSR successfully recovered a multi-million dollar trading debit from a Swiss-based entity on behalf of its client, a nationally recognized futures commission merchant. KSR pursued the matter by filing a complaint in the U.S. District Court and then successfully navigating the Hague Convention protocol for international service of process on the Switzerland-based defendant.
