KSR Obtains Complete CFTC Reparations Dismissal

March 2025 – KSR obtained a complete defense victory for its FCM and Introducing Broker clients in a CFTC reparations proceeding. The complaint included claims of fraudulent inducement and alleged multiple violations of the Commodity Exchange Act. The CFTC Administrative Judge granted KSR’s motion to dismiss the FCM respondent prior to the hearing.  Following a two-day merits hearing, the CFTC Administrative Judge found in favor of KSR’s clients and dismissed all claims against them with prejudice.
